AIM strives to provide our clients with comprehensive treatment that is empirically proven to be effective to meet their developmental, behavioral, educational, and psychological needs. We bring quality individualized, comprehensive, and integrative treatment to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other Developmental Disabilities.

Motivation & Excitement
We are motivated to educate and be educated about ASD and other Developmental Disabilities. We are excited to serve individuals with special needs within the community.

Care and Respect
We care for our clients and their families and we treat them with the utmost respect. We are aware of their struggles and needs related to the Developmental Disabilities. We also respect and encourage collaboration with all professionals working and serving our clients.

Parent and Family Involvement
AIM is a family oriented agency. We work to improve our client’s and their family’s overall quality of life by including them as a part of the treatment team. Their opinions, suggestions, and questions are important to us. It is our job to listen, support, guide, educate, as well as train the parents and family.

We strive to develop and establish services that span across the needs of our clients. We pride ourselves on our commitment to establish quality services to individuals with special needs. This is accomplished by working closely and collaborating with each other, with the families of our clients, as well as other service providers working with our clients.
